Alpha 1.6: the support center

Contact, help and suggestions in one place: in the new support center you can see every request with its status and all replies from the team.
This is new in Alpha 1.6:
Support center
- In the support center you can reach the StickRun team – about your account, coins, bugs, privacy or anything else.
- Every request gets a ticket number and a status: open, in progress, answered or closed.
- With an account you find all tickets under Account → Tickets. Without an account you receive a personal link to your ticket.
- Our email address Info@StickRun.de also leads straight to the support center on the website.
Suggestions with a conversation history
- Every suggestion now has its own ticket. Status changes and questions from the team appear there – and you can reply directly.
